St. Michael's Lakeside Summer Program

SML offers full-day structured, age-appropriate activities including music, arts, crafts, and science for kids ages K-6th, all summer long. At least one field trip per week including Hartley Nature Center, Lake Superior Zoo, cookouts at Chester and Lester Park, Great Lakes Aquarium, Park Point, and nearby nature trails.

Adventure Kids Camp with Duluth Cross-Country Club

St. Michael's Lakeside and Duluth Cross-country Club (DXC) have partnered to provide unique, active, educational, outdoor adventure camps for ages 6 to 12 years old at the Lester-Amity Chalet  in Lester Park. Campers will learn the basics for gear use, safety and etiquette, with a focus on teaching fundamental skills to help gain confidence for each activity. Teambuilding activities will emphasize social responsibility to encourage and teach respect and kindness. No experience required.

Theater Camp with Gail Harju and Amanda Beal

Gail Harju is a Spanish teacher and Amanda Beal is an English teacher, both at Two Harbors High School. Their summer theater camp will run July 9-20, M-F 1pm-4:30pm, and costs $75. Also join us for the performance the afternoon of July 21 at the lower level stage of St. Michael's Church. The choice of which play will be based on enrollment.
